Fan Connector broken on PS2 What do I do?

I was attempting to put a solderless modchip in my PS2 and when I went to unplug the fan from the board the whole thing pulled of the board instead of unplugging.

What do you suggest doing?

I know that it could probably be soldered back on but I am not to good at soldering.

Could I leave that fan unfunctional and buy and use one of the external usb fans to keep the console from overheating?

Where is a good repair place?
Is there a place that can repair this and do a mod for me while they have it?
I am even thinking about buying a premodded unit and sending the one that I have now in for repair and modded. Is there a place that does it all?

Looking of course for good reputable companies.
