I'm going to order some of these 10 dvd capacity cases and wanted to see if anyone has these or something similar. Below is the link...

This one holds 10, but I was wondering how big my outer artwork will need to be? My standard dvd case artwork is 3240 x 2175 pixels, and fits nearly perfectly in the outer dvd sleeve. I know this case is most likely 22mm thick, so I'm wondering if anybody has adjusted measurements for the thicker cases? Does anybody store episodic TV series in a case like this?
