hey i have xmen3 on vcd format and on .bin format, how can i convert these to play on my psp - i have psp video 9

you will need vcdgear (search google)

extract the bin/cue to an mpg

then stick it in psp video 9 just like everything else

and you were in the wrong forum
and talking about piracy is against forum rules
