Before you lock the thread and point me to one of the excellent guides here, I have read them all tried absolutely everything to get this ISO working.

If anyone has had sucess with the full non-rip US ISO version of Metal Gear Acid 2 on 1.50 firmware could you please post how you managed it?

UMD Emulator 0.8c
MPH Game Loader 2.00 for 1.50 (gta version)
Run UMD

All you should need to use is UMD Emulator and WAB version changer.

Download and install the WAB version changer on your PSP.
http://files.pspupdates.qj.net/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,40,1192

Run the version changer on your PSP and use it to make your PSP think it has the 2.0 firmware

Then make sure your ISO is in the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick. Lastly, run UMDEmulator and hit X. Make sure UMDEmulators options are set at Direct Boot and overclocked to 333mhz.

Sadly, your suggestion didn't work.

After running the WAB ver. changer (system read as being version 2.00 before I ran UMD emulator, I checked) run the UMD emulator with the settings your described, then selected the iso and my psp just shuts down after a few seconds.

DO NOT use WAB. It only works for a few FW2.00 requiring ISOs (and not any higher ones).

Did you swap/decrypt the PRXs and EBOOT.BIN file?
Do you have firmware 2.00 in files format in the mphgameloader folder (located in the root of your memory stick)? If not find the download here: http://eternal-psp.vze.com/dl.htm
