How do i make James Bond work on version 2.01?

I have a James Bond game on my PC, James Bond from Russia with Love. I have tried to get it working on my psp which is version 2.01 but i have had no luck yet. The filetype of James Bond is RAR.
If it helps i already have 6 pokemon games on my psp using some Homers Rin thing (i dont know how this was done my friend done it for me). I also have Grand Theft Auto and this is how i make the pokemon games work.

Please Help :(

ISOs don't work on 2.o1. They only work on 1.5.

I thought it was an ISO but i wasnt sure because its a RAR file, is there anyway that i can downgrade my 2.01 to version 2.0 then downgrade it to 1.5?
Is there anything i can buy to make it 1.5?
