Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .

Is this correct?

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It should still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---

IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.

Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press enter.)

"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!

Did you enter the code without the SIM?
I have seen these phones give trouble.
Some can not be unlocked by these codes but we can try.
We worry about 5 "Error codes".
Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press enter.)

Please let me know the message at each stage.Very important if you get an "Error Code".Stop!

Try the first code again.
Try the first code with a non accepted SIM. If you see the "UNDO' message, go ahead.
Try this code. #pw+722540344007153+1#
Try this code. #pw+233115052103327+5#
Last, try this code.#pw+999602317756224+7#
If you keep getting "Restrictions On", I don't have any more codes to offer.
