When is someone(Guru) going to come up with the ability to copy the Encrypted Boot Sector? Which would make all of this Swap Magic and Mod Chips unneccesarry?

Or they already have the ability, but are keeping it from us so we have to buy all of these products?

The technology is there - you just need a machine to be able to press discs instead of burning them (which is exactly what industries do), because the code used by PS2 to check whether its a legal copy or not can only be pressed into the disc, and not burnt.
