problem burning

Cant burn anything anymore.. with Nero or DVDDecrypter.. here's a log from Nero.. have tried multiple .iso files and multiple disks using both programs, both give errors, updated firmware, still same problem.. any help would be appreciated.. also, checked DMA settings already, everything is good there...

Great drive (next on my wish list :) and great media but let's try slowing it down to 8x from 16x. The TY's are rated 8x and your overburning to 16x - might be part of the problem.

turns out it WAS the media.. opened a new package of the exact same type of media that i bought the same day at the same store.. 5 for 5 so far.. so im pretty sure that was it.. thx for the help though.. my first set of bad disks in about 2 years..
