hi, i just recieved my psp, and am sick to the stomach as i think i have made a mistake, i bought a psp 1.51 firmwire with the hope to upgrade and then downgrade,

sorry am talkin about a psp version 1007k, thats whats printed on the box, its firmwire 1.51!

upgrade to 2.0, then downgrade to 1.5

No, your out of luck 1007k psp's cant be downgraded, for some reasons, looks like your stuck at 2.0..

Version 2.0 is good, whatever you do dont upgrade any higher than 2.0, you can still play homebrew but there must be a way to downgrade?!

hi, i had the stx downgrader, and its meant for 1006 and 1007 versions
