I have been trying to copy a older movie and it had a scratch and it would lock up and cause a redunancy error. Some how I got the movie to complete the analysis but during backup it locked up. I have since got another copy of the same movie, but everytime I load into DVD shrink it remembers the previous analysis with the errors. How do I erase the analysis log from my computer? Help.

goto: mycomputer---c:drive---program files--DVD Shrink folder, here look for the log/history file(s) and delete them.

For older movies and disks, I suggest you try ripping to your hard drive using DVD Decrypter, its a excellent ripper that works well with scratched DVDs.

get it here;

Here's a guide on use if needed;
http://www.dvdshrink.info/dvd-decrypter.php

Follow the guide exactly, ripping in file mode, choosing all files as shown.
