USB trouble with Memory Card

How could I go around copying files from my MAX Flash drive to my Memory Card? I'm trying to use Infones on my USB, but I need my roms on my Mem Card.

I won't be able to burn any discs for 2 weeks seeing as I'm moving and my discs are all packed up. ~Gist~ Could I do the above without using discs? How?
