Hi there, this is my first post on this site so I'm not too sure what type of response to expect. I have a PSP v1.5 which has been working fine since i got it about 3 weeks ago. I am somewhat adicted to Tiger Woods 06 at the moment. Last night when I turned my PSP on, the background was purple as appose to the normal green it always has been. Now, when I play my game, tkae one shot and it crashes. This happens at the same place every time. Anyone with any ideas??? Thank you in advance for any help anyone can shed on this for me

I assume it's an ISO, b/c if it were a UMD, the likelihood of this happening would be far greater. The only thing I can think of is to do a hard reset. (Hold the power button up for about 10 seconds until it shuts off.) Then try restarting.

Good luck,

Thank you both for your help. I feel a little silly now, not knowing that the background changes automatically. Is taht each month?

As far as the game crashing is concerned. I have rebooted several times to no avail. I have to reboot each time it crashes (its the only way to turn the PSP off). It is an iso. Could it be that it has a bad sector or something? If so, I could try and get another file

Yeah it only does it for 1.5 and below i believe, however, i use pspset to use my custom backgrounds for each month. Eg, for this month, i have taken the blue background (august or september?) and changed it for this month as i like it :)

And yeah i think it may be a slightly corrupt area of the game, try getting another iso ( from your backup [rolly eyes]) and see if it works
