I tried using Shrink to encode and burn a movie but it didn't work. It gave me the following:
DVD Shrink encountered error & cannot continue
Programming error-exception occured
The Handle is invalid

So I tried using DVD Fab to rip it to computer hard drive...I got it onto the computer hard drive using DVD Fab Decrypter then I tried to go into shrink to burn the movie but it wouldn't work...gave me the error: The handle is invalid

Any one have any suggestions on how to burn this? I have the following programs I could use: DVD Shrink, DVD Fab Decrypter, DVD Decrypter, Any DVD, & Clone DVD.
Thanks

I believe you'll need to process the DVDFab Decrypter output through VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) first to remove structural errors, then you can shrink it.

Here's a step-by-step guide: http://www.k-probe.com/backup-newly-release-movie-DVD-DVDFAB-Decr...

Good Luck!

This might be a dumb question but what do I click on to download it? Do I click executables or sources and what Mirror # do I pick (1-3)?

Click on any of the mirrors. Download VobBlanker_2110_exe.zip and save it to disk. There is no installer, so if you are using Windows XP, double click on the zip file and run VobBlanker. If you are using another operating system, you'll need either WinZIP (http://www.winzip.com) or WinRAR (http://www.rarlabs.com). I prefer WinRAR.

Good Luck!

Hi lsmwif
Since you have AnyDVD and CloneDVD just use that - easiest and handles anything out there right now.
Also best to keep AnyDVD, CloneDVD and DVDFab decrypter up to date - all have had recent updates.

I didn't run into any problems with this movie.
I used Shrink w/Nero burning, and AnyDVD running in the background. It came out perfect............ Sorry you're having a problem.
