I USE DVD SHRINK -- ANY DVD -- NERO. MANY OF THE COPIES DO NOT PLAY THRU WITHOUT SOME PROBLEMS. STOPPING AND GOING BACK TO THE PREVIOUS FILE -- I'VE CHECKED THE DISKS FOR SCRATCHES --- THATS NOT THE PROBLEM.

The most likely cause of your problems is burning too fast or using crappy media (or both). Do you have a Nero log you can post. It may shed some light on the situation.

Don't post in all caps, it's as if you are yelling.

Edit your post and remove your email addy.

Thanks.

Your Nero log can be found here (please remove your serial number before posting):

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

Quality media would include Verbatim, made in Taiwan or Japan...Taiyo Yuden, Sony, Fuji, Maxell made in Japan only.

It isn't recommended to burn over 4X.

Your email address still needs removed from your original post.

To find your Nero logs, look here:

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

You should never burn faster than 1/2 the rated speed of your media (i.e. 8x media, burn at 4x). Your Nero log will identify the manufacturer of the media you are using (which is probably not the name on the package).
