Nope, that would be awesome though. There still isnt ever a decent ps2 emulator for comps yet now that I think about it....

true, but i assume it would take less computing power to emulate a psp compared to a ps2 just considering the native resolution of each different medium. but who knows, it would be cool though.

I try to stay up on the psp scene, but on all the websites I visit I havent seen anything regarding a psp emulator.
@Smurff, thats a very good point, it shouldnt be as challenging as developing a ps2 emulator. Damn, my N64 emulator isnt even worth the trouble, with the slow fps count, and that emu has been out for a few years LOL!!!

well maybe if someone 'finds' a psp dev kit (the $8K one) maybe then we would see some progress on that.

erm, PSPE is a basic emulator.
Does not run commercial roms, only homebrew.
But still isn't that how all emulators start off?

Ya, look at the ps2 emu's, they have been in that stage for years!!!! Only till recently were commercial games bootable, albeit only running at 10-15 fps max if they are compatible.
