Can someone please answer this question for me? Can you use any homebrew apps. with 2.6 and without GTA? or do i need both. thanks.

Looks like ur gonna have to wait till the recently announced psp mod chip is released....Or return that damn 2.6 fw psp and get ur money back!!!
