Can someone tell me how I can disable a mod temporily... i dont know what version i have... evolution 1.1 i think

The only way to disable it is to take it off. You cant just like turn it off from you dashboard. You have to put the original maps back on.

some chips you can disable, a softmod has to be taken off so the Xbox is basically stock again.

If i turn off my mod chip before logging onto live an dus the MS Dash am i still safe?
also, can i still use my mods in customs on XBL w/ the mod chip off and not get banned ?
