Does this process really repair dead pixels on the PSP?

I was on google and came across this. Being a newb I don't want to screw up my PSP by doing something stupid before looking into it a bit or asking some people so I was wondering if you guys know if this process of flashing Red, Green and Blue over and over again really does work.

It removed stuck pixels, and not dead pixels.

Leave that video on your psp's for a few hours I beleve.

And it can't screw up your psp's screen. You know why? It's constantly in motion. That's why.

Stuck pixels are cause by images sitting on the Psp's lcd for too long.

So yeah, go ahead, run that baby!!! :D
