when i'm encoding a moving,such as when a stanger call. my pc just such down what could be causing this to happen. any tips would help.

Is this all movies, or just that one? Did you rip this first with another program, or are you ripping using Shrink only, because Shrink cannot handle this movie's protection. Are you using a PC or laptop, it could also be overheating.
