Hi, anybody know if i can back up fifa street 2 using Dvd Decrypter, isobuster and Nero Express 6. I've backed up various games which have burned o.k and play fine but have had major problems with fifa street 2 which appears to be stuck on the loading screen when placed in my PS2. Any advice for this puzzled newbie would be appreciated !

It could be that you are using bad media.or your lens might be going it depends. or it might even be when you copied it. What program did you use?

Few questions:
1) What media/speed did you use
2) What speed did you burn the game
3) How are you loading your backup?

You can do the whole process by just using DVD Decrypter and without IsoBuster and Nero:
1) Mode:ISO:Read to rip the game from your original
2) Mode:ISO:Write to write the game. Remember to set the speed to 4x MAX and use DVD-R

Thanx an dan 168 for the info but i have followed most threads re this with no good result. If i try using just DVD Decrypter i.e,Read ISO - Write ISO, all i get is a disc that doesn't load at all and when i tried using the Isobuster/Nero method i got a disc which was frozen at the loading screen.
I am using the following,

1)Ritek own brand 8x media
2)Burning at 4x speed
3)Using Swap Magic 3 plus PAL v3.6 (+flip top lid)

I have backed up a few of my kids games with no problems at all using DVD Decrypter (which is a godsend as they do not look after their originals!)but fifa street 2 is a real problem.

As I don't own the game I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but seems like you know what you are doing, so all I can suggest is wait for someone who has this game and had successfully backed it up to come and help you :)

I've applied the patch and the game works fine but when i go to RULE THE STREET and play the EA CLASSICO tournament, it freezes on the second-last loading pic (u knw, with the guy doing something with the football). i found out (by myself of course) that if u have a copy that basically works but things are wrong with it, then just copy the copy using READ IMAGE/WRITE IMAGE but also tick Skip Reading Errors (or similar). Haven't tried it yet, but am optimistic of the results i will get. I'll get back with the results hopefully 2day.

-EDIT-
The solution is below!

If you are having problems with the EA Classico Tournament, the solution is simple....

DONT PLAY IT!!!! im not joking! just dont play it and carry on with the tournaments on the right of the EA Classico tournament and all should be well....
