i have a psp version 1.50 and im trying to run my legit iso of dragon ball z shinbudoki and it gives me a weird error im running
Umd emulator V 0.8 someone help me.... (prince of persia also gave me the error i can run SSX and Metal grear ACID just fine)
To be thus is nouthing but to be safly thus...

Replace the prx's in DBZ with the ones of metal gear acid. Also, do have the flash files to run DBZ?

i just have the iso image thinggy the pic of a disc cuz iso buster how to i cnhange the files o and yah i have untold legends 2 and it has a X folder and weird stuff liek that im sorta experianced witht hat but i never got anything like that to work help sry lol,,,im kinda dumb

ur not dumb, ur just new to this stuff. Download UMD Gen from http://www.psp-hacks.com, this will allow u alter ISO's. First put ur ISO of metal gear acid in UMD Gen, and extract the contents of the module folder to ur desktop. Then open the dbz iso in UMD Gen and one by one replace the everything that u extracted from metal gear with the ones that are in dbz. Dont worry if all the prx's cant be replaced, this is fine. Save the patched iso to ur desktop, know u have a bootable dbz iso.

Also, download this file and put it into the root of ur memstick. It is a all in one loader with the flash files that are required to play dbz and other games that were meant to be played on higher firmware. Let me know it turns out:)

i got the Prx files and put them on the iso i used umd gen
1) i extracted the PSP_Game folder and the outher one
2)i went in replaced the Prx under module
3) i truned it back into a full iso
and now the game is 700+ mb i tried to use that locate dummy file thinggy but it didnt do anything .....how can i compress it

use dax creator to compress the iso. just put the patched iso in the program and select how much u want to compress it, from 1-9 i beleive, then ur done.

dev is a compilation of loaders, just like the dax ziso pasckage. For DBZ boot dax iso if u compressed the iso (will work even if u use an normal size iso to) go with MPHGL as the boot method, boot.bin on and allocate ram on. Everything else like flash emulation off. UMD Emu is the core of dev hook and dax ziso, that why u dont c it.

ahahah you know the Hermafradite firmware...the 2.0\2.5 firmeware and my bad, i meant to type dax, not max.
thats how mine is workin, untouched ISO and hermafradite firmware with dax .65 or whatever the newest one is.
