I was trying to Burn a DVD using Decrypter but this message popped up while it was scanning my DVD-R:

Device Not Ready (Unable to Reover TOC)

Hi Carreno7
What brand of discs are using you? May be the issue.
Try using Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

Is the drives firmware up to date?
You can check the manufacturers site or here:

Check and make sure your drive is in DMA mode also. Here's a guide if needed:
