Give it time Gerry, I'm sure that one of our more linguistically agile members will trace a path through the various translations which shows how the word studio grew from an anciet word which meant cave or lair at one time in our past. Perhaps someone could explain how we got the phrase "Oval Office" from the ancient texts which speak of the "Pond of Scum".

BlinkN, come to find out that was just my neighbor. He stayed in the sun too long, got burned, that's why he was wincing. The whole pavement melting thing, yeah, he has athletes foot. That stuff can be nasty. So the whole world coming to an end thing, just a misunderstanding. It could just be your sunburned neighbor with athletes foot, coming over on the wrong day. Man what a coincidence.

Deathforecast.com may be a grim-sounding name, but at least it's accurate. This page lists a couple dozen questions or so to estimate how long you'll live, supposedly based on "scientific data obtained from dozens of health studies."

A few days late, just seen the thread and have to ask a question. Not everyone pays attention to American sports namely baseball but the schedules for the full season are made the year beforehand.
The Tampa Bay Devil Rays played the Aneheim Angels. So on the unholiest days the Angels battled the Devils and won by a landslide 12-2 I think.
Who in their right mind is thinking a year in advance and set things up this way, I want to meet them because thats a rare sense of humor or irony I'm not sure.
