MasterChu,
I also have Kingston's "Data Traveler" 1Gb and Action Replay MAX on a CrystalChip 1.1 modded PS2, but I cannot copy files to or from the USB flash... I am always receiving an error from ARMAX
Is there any special procedure I have to follow? The USB flash is FAT formatted.
Thanx.

Speaking of the Max Drive, I used that to backup some saves onto my Memorex 128MB stick and my memory card got messed up. As in 20 minutes ago it got messed up... I was almost done with Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. MasterChu, have you heard of this problem? I'm about to ape crap on datel.com lol

ofnir, unfortunatly that's happened to me a few times when I was playing around with gamesaves and trying to modify the armax games list. I hope you backed up your POP gamesave 'cause I ended up having to format my mem card.

Thanks for the advice WEStar and MasterChu. I ended up having to reformat my MC though. My 128MB memory stick does work with the PS2 out-of-box, so there was no need to format it, I use it with ToxicOS all the time. POP was not one of the saves I backed up, but it's ok, I think that game is fun playing over again.
What I ment by messed up, was that: my PS2 could read th MC, every game I tried said no MC was present, was able to save downloaded saves from ARMAX's online service, was only able to see new game saves through the PS2's browser, the PS2's browser also showed the amount of free space left, but didn't show the saves, and that's about it.
The guy who uploaded MAXDRIVE on Demonoid did a few experiments and found that when you delete game saves through the MAXDRIVE's browser, within a few deletes it will corrupt the MC. He also said that the only real safe way to delete the saves you back up onto your memory stick, is to delete the saves through the PS2's browser after you back them up, and nothing else.
Thanks for the help though!

I'm not sure if you will be able to use the AR for codes if you are using it to boot your back ups.

I don't think so eather but i've gat a lot of original ps2 games.
I dont want to get on your nerves but the actual thing I'm trying to find out is wether
all the new versions of AR that you can buy in the stors work for backups or if I need a special version.
