DVD Dirty???

Please excuse me if this was posted somewhere else. While using DVD Shrink or Any DVD to rip a DVD that I already burnt, I get an error message stating DVD cannot complete, the DVD is Dirty. This is happening on a sony DVD-R media.
I checked the DVDs and they are not dirty. Is there a resolution to this error code?
