hi:

after i proceeded to following the instructions given "go here:

scroll down past the Information and Description of the cable to where it says, "Download - Mini USB Driver - SKN6371." Download and unzip that file. Point Windows or the software to the directory and let it find the drivers. Let us know if this worked for you."

i did and it said installation successful HOWEVER, now the usb is not showing up at all (not even when i restart), so in this case how do i transfer my mp3's from my pc to my mobile. please help. i've already tried all the links given my members.
