My PS2 memory card can only contain 8 GB of data. There is insufficient space to save my game. How do i transfer game saves from the memory card to the pc?

Oops I am sorry, it is 8 MB, not 8 GB lolx. How much does a USB memory stick costs? Can i use other storage device like a SD or MMS card to store my game saves?
