How do you launch an ISO w/o UMD in the drive?

How do you launch an ISO file WITHOUT a UMD in teh drive? I have tried everything and nothing works. The best version would seem to be DevHook Evolved MPHGL r3 b/c it actually shows my .iso,dax files. The other DevHook Evolved doesn't show my DAX games. I choose "No UMD Loaders" and try it but nothing works. How do I do this b/c I know some launchers are supposed to work even w/ Dax files w/o a UMD in teh drive.

Please help!

You don't have a SINGLE UMD? Like as in not even one?

I do. I have many UMDs. I just want to take advantage of the "NO UMD" option. (It's on my checklist. I have completed most things I want to do to hack my PSP except the NO UMD trick for ISOs and Daxed ISOs and, of course, getting OutRun Coast to Coast to work.)
