T-mobile RAZR V3- can I put my Cingular SIM in it?

I have a Motorola RAZR V3 that is apparently from T-Mobile. However, there are no T-Mobile markings on it, and I get the feeling that it has already been hacked. Is it possible to unlock the phone and put my Cingular SIM card into it? The IMEI is 358255000528727. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

its pretty easy to remove opertar logos from a v3 as for unlocking ive didnt need mine unlocking so i havent read up on that sorry
