ahhhh no wonder why it didnt work. have you used daziso before? its just contains some files to make some games work

I only use dax, as long as the game runs in its full form. I only use devhook when i have to, its not my 1st choice.

I've been searching and trying hard time to get these games to work with Dev .41c. It's MGA, Daxter, Prince Of Persia Revelations, and Samurai Warriors State Of War. Here are my settings that's my default for the games that work.
Target: reboot XMB
UMD-MODE: ISO ANYUMD
UMD-Ver.: 2.XX -> 2.00
FLASH: 250 (MS HOOK)
CLOCK: 333/166
Anyhelp or directions will work.

1.Why do u want these games to run on devhook, why not just use dax? Im not sure about Samurai Warriors, but the others dont have wifi functionality do they?
2.Try "reboot UMD", 1.5(flash) and the 1st option in UMD version for MGA, that has worked for me. For all the others, id try using 2.00 as the firmware and then also try reboot UMD. Havent tested those game u mentioned, but i will look into it ASAP.

Svtstang, I knew I could count on you for help. The reason why I use devhook because I've had the most success with it. I have Dax 51 and it doesn't load. And not sure what setting I need.
Im not sure about which games have wifi. As of now I just want to play them.
Did what you said to load and it worked. Thax. I've seen ya say to use DAX, can ya help me out with the settings?

Svtstang, I'm using a DAXZISO 6.1 and I went to the link you gave me. I used this setting for Burnout Legends and my screen went black. Not sure how to read when it says "RAM", I thinks that's "Flash" right?

Well i found my first mistake: I changed the Emulation Mode: Direct LoadExec.
Now i get the Game could not be started. (8001007B)

Here is the link to the devhook .41d that I use. Just copy/replace the files in the "MS_ROOT" folder to your memory stick root directory.

is this goin to work with my fifa worldcup 2006 umd ? i put files from the ms_root folder to root of psp when i load devhook and run it changes the version and turns off(when it turns off it cause of fifa it trys to load it so i open the place where u put umd and i got it to stay at 2.5) then when i turn it back on it is back to 1.5? also fifa world cup umd it says need update to 2.6?
i can get it to turn into 2.5 but when i load the fifa world cup 2006 umd it turns off the game. also is they a way to like switch between firmware? like L+R buttons or something i though there was.

OMG im going to have a heart attack, does anybody take the time to read anymore? Devhook EMUALTES 2.5 FIRMWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you patched your iso correctly it will work regardless of the required firmware necessary to play the game.

Dump the iso from the UMD using fastloader, patch the prx's with the ones from Street Riders, boot with devhook on the default settings.

Oh lord, i dont even remember, check it out right now....Just set the load option to system menu then boot it with mph, make sure flash 0 and 1 emu are off, and allocate tables option is off also

I want to run smackdown vs raw. I started my 1.5 psp and 2GB memory stick from scratch. I installed devhook040 and put smackdown in my ISO folder. I ran it with the settings from this post and got nowheres. I did try hitting start 2 seconds in, I even tapped it for 30 seconds and again, got nowheres.
I then tried it with devhook041, same results.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there only certain wwe isos that work? What in the blue hell is going on?

Not possbile, Fifa can only be played using devhook and swapping the prx's. Use fastolader, dump the iso from the UMD, patch the iso/and or use a rip kit from maxconsole.

Open it with UMD gen 2.00 or 2.01. Only use these 2 because all releases after these dont let you swap prx's, and you are going to need to do that.

You are done doing what right now. Talk about a vague statement. Do you even have devhook? There is a compression toll called Ciso utility that lets you compress your iso's for use with devhook.
