Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

i'm sorry, i don't know why, but it still doesn't work, after i press # it still says that "phone restriction on", i double checked the code and my IMEI, what now......

A lot of 6101's will not unlock by code, if this code doesn't work, then unfortunately you have one of those phones.
