Hi there, I am running a downgrader version of 1.50 from 2.00, but I can't play any new games so I thought I would try this DEVHOOK. I'm trying to play madden 2006 and GTA

I've put the following files in PSP/GAME etc:

DEVHOOK
DEVHOOK%
dh_inst
dh_inst%

I've ran through these instructions:

Go to the Boot Select Menu and choose "Reboot XMB"
In the Firmware Menu and select "2.50 + 2.00"
Next go to UMD Version and make sure it is on "2.xx -> 2.00"

(optional) Overclock the PSP to "333mhz"
Finally, in UMD Mount, select "UMD Disk"
Return to the Device Hook Main Menu and click "Start"

Once I hit start, I get the following:

"can't load/start DVhook"

I don't know what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm getting tired and frustrated.

If you just want to run GTA and Madden, there's an easier way.

Do you want to be able to run those games or do you want full 2.5 emulation?
