I have downloaded a video that says its in the real video vbr format and want to convert it so i can burn it onto a cd, can i do this or not?? thanks

Yes, the latest release of Winavi (7.6) is as super fast as ever plus much more reliable.

I normally use it for converting rm/rmvbs and avis with vorbis sound. For the others, I use ConvertXtoDVD which handles the sync. problem better.
