i just got a PS2 and having some prblrms with the color ... the games can be played .. image is sharp and good sound .. but the display is in black and white .. no color at all .. can some 1 help me please.. and my tv is kinda old .. its a sony KV-2183GE ... i tried connecting it through the vcr .. stil the same problem ..

i guess ur playing NTSC games with a TV that dont suport NTSC...i think there is a cable to allow you play NTSC games on old non NTFC suport TV's...
i think that to fix it you need to use a RGB cable, because your TV may only have suport to PAL....

the only suggestion i can give would be try it on a different tv, and try it on a different set of cables.
