How come i cannot host on WI-FI GTA:LCS

hi everyone i hope you guys can help me well me and my friend tried playing GTA multiplayer with DEVHOOK .041 works fine but when it load the host get a message saying could not connect to my friend psp but then my friend loaded fine but 10 second later he had the same message. i notice on the other forum it says i need to change the flash for a new connection can someone please explain how i do it? Thanks lads hope to hear something soon
