PSP CD turn to ISO

I read up some forum website to know that if the CD's they are using are just only PSP CD's or which known as UMD(Universal Media Disk) to turn to an ISO format,, i am new in here and still a newbie.
I hope someone could answer my question.
Is that OK if im going to use CD's of PS1 and PS2 convert it to an ISO file and play it on PSP.
Which we all know that all hack games on PSP are made by ISO format

U can do this to ur heart's content, but u will never get it to work. Its like taking a playstation 2 game and trying to get it to work in a Xob, not gonna happen.

It'd be cool if you can do that, but unfortunately you can't. It would be impossible to port and reprogram the controls.

Yea, that would be Fecking awesome!! I'd be playing Need for Speed: Underground all night long, buddy. If I started to fall asleep, I would pour ice down my shirt and slap myself so I could stay awake playing Need for Poon erm, I mean Need for Speed.
