using DVDShrink with Win 98

I tried to download the DVDShrink on an older laptop that uses Windows 98SE and all I can get downloaded is the read me file. Is this because DVDShrink won't work with Win 98?
Any help would be greatly appresciated.

Thanks for the feedback Jigen. I've downloaded it from several sites, and tried it with the one you gave me and I am still getting the same thing...a read me file on a Wordpad page.

I've turned several people onto DVDShrink and installed it for most of them myself and didn't have a problem with any of them. My sister even copied the .exe file to disc and she installed it on her laptop and it worked perfectly. 've even borrowed the disc and tried it that way, but with the same results.

I copied the program itself to a CD-RW and I can use it that way, although I have to have the disc in to open it and run it (which is an inconvenience, but one I may have to live with).

Thanks again for your help, and if there is anything else you may think of that I could try I would appreciate it.
