best psp shooter= syphon filter
best RPG = dunno, but breath of fire seems tight, so does monster hunter.
best racing game = dunno, but ridge racer was fun.

personally i would recommend burnout as a great racing game. you should see the laugh we have in school when we play multiplayer. good all round game
