Hi, i just got a uk psp 1.5 and a 2gb memory stick off ebay sperate from the psp, but when i put in the 2gb card it cant find it or format it?

Any one know what is wrong?

Can the PSP see any other memory card ?

If yes then the memory card is probably duff.

If no then the pSP is probably duff.

Either way I think its bad news I'm afraid mate.

hi, the psp can find and use the normal 32mb card, i just tired the firmwire changer thinger thing where it changes ur firmwire temp to 2.0 and whn i did that, the 2gb card works

I heard before that uk version 1.5 psp cant use 2gb unless updated to 2.0

strange, I have 3 2gb cards and all work fine on my 1.5

I did a search on google and can't find anything about 1.5's not using large memory cards.

is ur psp uk, or has it been downgraded?

Well the memory card seems to be working fine now.

i still have the firmwire swap on to version 2.0 and it works fine, formated it with that,

maybe it just needed formated or something
