Hey!
Was downloading two torrents when i havd major problems with my main pc which is still bollexed, was able to get in and copy the torrent file and the torrent data folder to another pc. One file is at 98.8 and the other is at 55%, is it possable to resume from where i left off on the new pc and if so how? i'm using Bitcommet and i'm doing this over a dialup connection which took quiet a few days so if any one could pleas advice me please!

I think you can. It should be like any music downloading program where it automatically connects when you re-connect to the internet for your next surfing session. Just make sure you still have the same client on your PC and try it. I don't know tho. On your PC, when you are downloading a file, it goes to temporary internet files or "Cache" and once the file is done it moves from that location to where you were going to have it saved. What you should do is take all information which pertains the downloads (Search by name in Windows "Search") and take EVERYTHING and move it to your other PC. It's the cache that tells the computer to pick up where it left off and at exactly what point it did leave the d/l.

Again, I haven't tried this, but this is what would have to be done if it were a music downloading program, so I assume they would be about the same since they're both clients.
