Use WinRAR to extract the files to the ISO folder on your memory stick, should build the ISO.

If it's just one file (ISO) then just copy it to your ISO folder on your memory stick. Use devhook to load the game, you do have devhook set up, don't you?

Then as I said before you'll need to rebuild the ISO. Open the first file with WinRAR then click up a folder, you'll see all of the files in the WinRAR window, now select all of the files (you'll probably have some .txt files, don't bother selecting these), click extract and choose the location you want the completed ISO saved. In a couple of minutes your ISO will be ready.

Use WinRAR to extract the contents of one file. It will then build an ISO of the whole game. Only extract one though.

Install DevHook on your PSP and then make a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick. Then put your ISO in that folder.

That I can't help you with. Search the 2 Devhook forums that are active in here or PS2nfo.com.
