XBMC turned my F: drive into a Q: drive....HELP

I upgrade XBMC about once a month so I know what I am doing, I Just got the Latest 6-11-06 CVS unpacked it, deleted the old Xbmc directory in F:apps FTP'ed the New XBMC directory to Apps, put the XBE, and config in the root directory, all of which I have done 1000 times, restarted, and I am getting this:XBMC Fatal Error: Q:userdata\guisettings.xml, line 0-----Failed to open file, I Ftp'ed to the box to see what was wrong and I don't have an F: drive anymore it became Q: everything is still there but WTF is up, Please Help!
