Where have you put the folders and I assume your psp is running 1.50 firmware???

That usually happens if you:

a.) Haven't dumped the 2.50 AND 2.00 update from UMD.
b.) Don't have the "dh" folder on your ms0.

Download Fast Loader 0.7 from PSP - Hacks. Load on your psp, make sure you have UMD inside, press Dump inserted UMD, it will show some joke about erasing flash, Choose how many parts you want, And start dumping.
