Burn Successful but Disc doesnt have all the movie HELP

I just burned Brotherhood of the wolf with dvd x copy and it said that both disc's were successfully burnt but when watching them i noticed that about 10 minutes was missed from disc one to disc two. Also towards the ends of the discs they begin to pixelate and eventually stop playing please help
