Can someone please help me. I would greatly appreciate the advice or information.

Make/model phone: Nokia 3120B
IMEI #: 356245002206929
Country the phone is locked in: Unknown
Provider the phone is locked to: Unknown.

I have several posts but none of the codes seem to work. I want the device to work on the Cingular network.
