urgently need help with umd drive!!!

I really need help with this, I've even bought a new umd drive but it does the same! when i put the umd in the drive, it starts making a clicking noise and trying to turn but it cant, i've tried to see if there was any obstruction but there was none, please reply quickly, im going crazy because of this psp! Thanks
