Now i am new at this modding a game to fit a certain size.
I am aware of CISO and DAXZiso but i heard of some crazy people actually removing parts of a game. e.g update / movies / lang etc
so i thought i would give it a whirl on GTA.
Yet when i remove the gamefiles it doesnt boot. Am i missing something?
Untouched iso = 1.2GB
My Mem card = 1GB
Space available with all loaders etc = 890Mbish
Do i dummy them and if so how?

I recommend you have a look at this thread. It explains how to shrink GTA LCS to 231 MB. I have not tried this myself but it looks pretty straight forward.

in my opinion the easiest most effective way to shrink is by removing the padding files( if the game has them) eg ssx on tour's padding was 610mb. if not dax is definately the best although i havent tried .cso

it is usually called pad0.pad or pad1.pad. sometimes they may be called dummy or something simmilar but i havent come across one yet. be aware that some games dont have them :(
