I was on the subway today and I saw a cat with a psp and i said wut r u playin- he said well i got 2.8 this morning.. I was like wut?
He ended wut he was doin and it was goin to the main menu and my stop came so i had to get off the train.. i waited till the very last second- this all happend within seconds, he was scrolling down to the systems settings and boom i had to leave.. i didnt get to see for myself, but was he lyin?
2.8 is out?

he said he upgraded this morning.. swore by it.. was on his way to show me- i had to lwave.. it was split second stuff.

He must of used the Firmware Hack Changer to make it say 2.8

There's a new update during the summer that's most likely going to be called 2.8 or 2.9. When the PS3 comes out, the 3.0 update will be released.

yeah...1.5 is the best version. you can put homebrew and iso's on your psp. but thats up to you.
