I hope this is not a stupid question, but, For what do i need the Connectivity Kit for Xbox 360?
What exactly does it help me do, i know it help me connect the X360 HD without taking it apart i think, is there anything i missed?
Actually you are wrong. The connectivity kit is used just like Action Replay. It allows the transfer of game saves from your computer to Xbox 360 and vise-versa. Xsata made by Datel/Codejunkies is used instead of taking apart your XBox 360 hard drive and connects to your computer using a high-speed USB cable.

One quick question, Can I use Team Xecuter connectivity kit to flash my Samsung drive?
I have read tons and tons of messages but no one is clear about this. One says only the Hitachi one can be flashed.

If you are looking to flash your 360 you'll have to open your 360 with or without the connectivity kit. There's no way around that. I believe you can use the connectivity with a Samsung, but there's little point in it. The only benefit is not having to your 360 right by your PC to provide power to the 360 DVD drive. That's not worth $40 IMO. At least with a Hitachi the kit eliminate the need to put the drive into mode b, but that's easy to do anyway.
