Burning tvshows onto DVDs...

I recently downloaded a few seasons of tv shows in AVI and was wondering if anybody can tell me how i can burn them to dvd so that I can choose which one to view, if it's possible.
Is it very difficult? As I AM quite a newbie at DVD burning, or is there another solution?
Any help is appreciated.

you can use ConvertXToDVD .... which will convert your AVI files to DVD format and you can even set it to burn right to a blank DVD. Read all about it:

you can make menus and pick which one you want to view first!!!

yikes... does that program ou gave a link to convert rmvb files?
or do i have to dl another program to make them AVI or mpeg?
